Dr. Desirea D. Caucci, PT, DPT, OCS – Co-Owner

Dr. Caucci is a senior Physical Therapist and co-owner of Conshohocken Physical Therapy. She graduated from Arcadia University in 1999 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Minor in Spanish. In 2002, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. Arcadia maintains a prestigious national reputation in the field of physical therapy, ranking as one of the top in the nation.


Dr. Caucci’s passion for learning did not end after graduation. Over her career, she has completed numerous continuing education courses to further develop her skills in manual therapy, evaluation, assessment, treatment interventions and to become certified in administering FCEs. She also has gained extensive knowledge and experience with myofascial release through direct manual therapy in the clinic in addition to attending myofascial release continuing education courses. Some of her completed coursework includes: Vestibular Rehabilitation, Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars for evaluation and treatment of the spine, peripheral joints, sacroiliac joint and pelvis, Mark Asanovich Evidence Based Strength and Conditioning, Pain, Brain, Body & Science: The Evaluation and Practice of Brain Re-training Treatments, Myofascial Release, Ergo Science Physical Work Performance Evaluation, Tools to Fight Back Against Spine & Cumulative Trauma Disorders and Advance Techniques for the Foot, Ankle, Knee and Shoulder.


In 2008, Dr. Caucci had the honor of being named one of the Top 3 Physical Therapists in the Nation by Advance Magazine; this is an annual award voted on by a number of her peers. In 2010, she was awarded a Dorland Health People Award at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. The Dorland Health People Awards program fixes its spotlight on the individual practitioner by recognizing healthcare professionals who are making a difference in transitioning the patient through the complicated healthcare landscape. Additionally, she has played an integral part in Conshohocken Physical Therapy being named one of the “Top 4 Practices in the Nation” by Advance Magazine (2012) and the “Best PT Practice” in Montgomery County multiple times.

Dr. Nicole M. Puzio, PT, DPT, OCS – Senior Physical Therapist

Dr. Puzio, a South Carolina native, joined Conshohocken Physical Therapy in March 2007. She earned a Bachelor of science degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. She is a highly talented Physical Therapist who adds to the quality and personalized care at CPT. She brings a vast knowledge of Physical Therapy and expertise to the practice.


Dr. Puzio is continually furthering her skills and has received specialized training in evaluative and treatment methods, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and Sports Medicine. Dr. Christopher T. Wickel, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT – Physical Therapist

Dr. Wickel, a Lancaster County native, joined Conshohocken Physical Therapy in February 2011. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh and graduated with distinction from Arcadia University’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program.


He has gained experience in a variety of settings from hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation to providing pro bono physical therapy services in Jamaica. “Now working with other passionate professionals at a clinic focused on making a positive influence on every patient has made it easy to see why physical therapy is rated as one of the most rewarding professions” said Dr. Wickel.


Dr. Wickel became a Certified McKenzie Spinal Specialist after passing his certification exam from The McKenzie Institute ®, USA – Center for postgraduate study in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® The McKenzie Method is a philosophy of active patient involvement and education for back, neck and extremity issues. What sets it apart is an innovative assessment process – a safe, reliable means to accurately reach a diagnosis and only then create the appropriate treatment plan. This step-by-step framework and problem-solving algorithm will allow us to know right away if the method will work for our patients, eliminating the need for expensive, time-consuming tests and further evaluation.


With a strong interest in golf fitness, Dr. Wickel has also acquired his “Titleist Performance Institute” certification and specializes in getting patients physically prepared for the course.

Dr. Ann P. McLaughlin, PT, DPT – Physical Therapist

Dr. McLaughlin, a Virginia native, joined Conshohocken Physical Therapy in November of 2011. She graduated from the University of Delaware in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and worked in sales, marketing and finance in NYC following graduation. In 2004, Dr. McLaughlin graduated with high honors from the University of St. Augustine, receiving a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.


She brings a vast knowledge of orthopedics and rehabilitation from various outpatient orthopedic settings. She is a hands- on, manual therapy trained therapist who believes in quality, individualized care for each patient.


Dr. McLaughlin is committed to life-long learning through continuing education. Some of her coursework includes: Differential Diagnosis and Manual Therapy for Lumbo-Pelvic and Lower Extremity Movement Impairments, Manual Treatment of Common Orthopedic Disorders, Evidence Based Exercise Prescription, Current Concepts in the Management of the Athlete and Functional Capacity Evaluation.

Dr. Meghan DiJoseph, PT, DPT

Dr. DiJoseph,  a Norristown native, earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Strength & Conditioning from University of Delaware.  In 2010, she first joined the Conshohocken Physical Therapy team as a Physical Therapy Aide.  She has recently joined our team of Physical Therapists after earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Drexel University.


Dr. DiJoseph is focused on making a real difference in the lives her her patients.  She gained clinical experience at Penn State Main Campus University Health Services, Lancaster General Hospital, Clinton Health & Wellness and Bryn Mawr Outpatient Vestibular Physical Therapy.  At each of these facilities, she was able to learn, practice, and utilize many different approaches including Vestibular Physical Therapy and Orthopedics.


She continues to develop her skills in several areas and currently is pursuing her Certified McKenzie Spinal Specialty.  “I really appreciate the simplicity that the McKenzie approach can bring to a complicated, involved condition.” Meghan said.


In addition to her love for sports, both playing and watching, Meghan is passionate about Strength & Conditioning for both herself and for her patients.

Robert J. Caucci – Co-Owner

Robert is a co-owner of Conshohocken Physical Therapy. He graduated from Arcadia University in 1999 with a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration.


For nearly a decade after graduating college, Robert pursued a career in philanthropy as the Director of the Platt Caddie Scholarship for the Golf Association of Philadelphia. The non-profit organization awarded nearly $1 million in college scholarships to young men and women each year. In 2005, Robert also worked alongside wife and business partner, Dr. Desirea Caucci, to open Conshohocken Physical Therapy.
